Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and winbd 17 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and content available on the winbd 17 website at winbd-17.com and any associated mobile or web applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the winbd 17 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the winbd 17 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winbd 17 platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of any winbd 17 service constitutes full acceptance of all current Terms.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of the winbd 17 platform as it applies to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version of these Terms and any translation or localised summary, the English text shall prevail in all cases.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and winbd 17 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, and agreements — whether oral or written — between you and winbd 17.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on winbd 17, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where winbd 17 has explicitly restricted access.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from winbd 17 or any affiliated platform during an active self-exclusion period.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winbd 17 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not a close family member or household member of any individual described in the preceding point.

2.1 Age Verification

winbd 17 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the lifecycle of your account — including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time we have reasonable grounds to question your eligibility. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

winbd 17 is primarily designed and marketed toward English-speaking players in Bangladesh. The platform operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as its primary account currency. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their specific location. winbd 17 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one active account on winbd 17. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and potential voiding of winnings accrued under duplicate accounts. winbd 17 uses automated detection systems and manual review to identify multi-account behaviour.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth, and your chosen payment method details. You must keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, winbd 17 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at other times at our discretion. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank account registered to your winbd 17 account.

Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored using industry-standard security measures. winbd 17 will not share your KYC documents with any third party except where required by law or by our payment processing partners for the purposes of transaction verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. winbd 17 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. winbd 17 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on winbd 17 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by winbd 17 for players depositing and withdrawing in BDT via supported local payment methods.

4.1 Deposits

winbd 17 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet and ৳500 via bank transfer. Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited to your gaming balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

winbd 17 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned (minus any applicable transaction fees), and the receiving account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all supported payment methods. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard hours will be processed on the next available business day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the winbd 17 account.
• winbd 17 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a maximum daily limit depending on your account tier and verification status.
• Processing fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal request.
• winbd 17 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

4.3 Transaction Security

All payment transactions on winbd 17 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. winbd 17 does not store full card details on its own servers. Payment data is tokenised and handled in accordance with applicable data security standards. Any transaction that triggers our fraud detection system may be placed on hold pending investigation. winbd 17 will contact you via your registered email address if a transaction is placed on hold.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

winbd 17 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for the winbd 17 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to a stated maximum amount, credited to your bonus balance upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to each new player on a one-time basis only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new or duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for winbd 17 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (blackjack, baccarat, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Crash Games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution.
• Sports Betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution on settled bets at odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Lucky Bingo: 50% contribution.
• Progressive Jackpot Slots: 0% contribution — excluded from wagering.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Wagering requirements must be completed within this period. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation. winbd 17 will send an email reminder to your registered address 7 days before any active bonus is due to expire.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on winbd 17 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sporting event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. General betting rules that apply across all winbd 17 products are set out below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid and binding once winbd 17 has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed without a confirmed reference number — for example, due to a connectivity interruption, system error, or incomplete transaction — are not valid. winbd 17 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the player's device, browser, or network connection.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current minimum and maximum stake information is displayed within each game or on the relevant sports betting market page. winbd 17 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion, including accounts that consistently win or that display patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds being published due to a data feed error, winbd 17 reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions. This includes bets placed on sporting events where incorrect odds were published due to a data provider error and bets placed on casino games that malfunctioned during play. winbd 17 will notify affected players and refund the voided stake amounts to their gaming balance within 24 hours.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on winbd 17 cover the Bangladesh Tigers, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Championship, and major international fixtures. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:

• A match must complete a minimum number of overs as specified per format (20 overs for T20, 50 overs for ODI) for full-match result bets to stand. In the event of weather interruption and an adjusted result via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS), the DLS result will be used to settle bets.
• In-play bets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or national board).
• Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) will be settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant governing body.
• Any match that is abandoned without a result will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

winbd 17 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account funds:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using the winbd 17 platform to obscure the origins of funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences across markets or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.
• VPN or proxy use: Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using non-public information obtained through corrupt or illegal means.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward winbd 17 staff or other players via any communication channel.

winbd 17 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or internationally. winnings associated with prohibited conduct will be permanently voided and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

winbd 17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18.
• Player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings panel.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your winbd 17 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, winbd 17 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will not be paid out.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion through their account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications. winbd 17 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players are not targeted by marketing materials. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. winbd 17 will send a notification to your registered email address 30 days before the dormancy classification takes effect. Once classified as dormant, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from any real-money balance remaining in the account. This fee will continue until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.
