4.1 Deposits

Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

4.2 Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. 4.3 Transaction Security

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.
5.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to a stated maximum amount, credited to your bonus balance upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to each new player on a one-time basis only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new or duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. 6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered valid and binding once winbd 17 has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed without a confirmed reference number — for example, due to a connectivity interruption, system error, or incomplete transaction — are not valid. winbd 17 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the player's device, browser, or network connection.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds being published due to a data feed error, winbd 17 reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions. This includes bets placed on sporting events where incorrect odds were published due to a data provider error and bets placed on casino games that malfunctioned during play. winbd 17 will notify affected players and refund the voided stake amounts to their gaming balance within 24 hours.
6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules
Cricket betting markets on winbd 17 cover the Bangladesh Tigers, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Championship, and major international fixtures. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:
- A match must complete a minimum number of overs as specified per format (20 overs for T20, 50 overs for ODI) for full-match result bets to stand. In the event of weather interruption and an adjusted result via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS), the DLS result will be used to settle bets.
- In-play bets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or national board).
- Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) will be settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant governing body.
- Any match that is abandoned without a result will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct
winbd 17 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account funds:

- Money laundering: Using the winbd 17 platform to obscure the origins of funds obtained through unlawful activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Account Suspension & Closure
winbd 17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
- Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18.
- Player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.
- Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings panel.
8.1 Voluntary Closure

Once classified as dormant, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from any real-money balance remaining in the account. This fee will continue until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.
